Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Winn Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Part-time with flexible hours.
