Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Chautauqua County, New York. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
