We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Jones County, South Dakota. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
