Powder coating line operator • Lycoming County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
