Roofing technician • Onslow County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in Onslow County, North Carolina. You will be based on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
