We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Fulton County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners You will apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
