Argon welder wanted in Benton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Benton County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
