Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Clark County, Indiana. The job is on a high-rise building project. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Your main tasks: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
