Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Hendry County, Florida. You will be based in a steel fabrication yard. Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces The role involves: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Rotating shifts.
