Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service We offer $190 per day plus benefits.
