Urgent requirement: we are hiring a presser in Schuyler County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Day to day you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics.
