Food and beverage server — Hancock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Hancock County, Tennessee. The job is at a beach resort. Day to day you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; clear and reset tables between covers. Requirements: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
