Immediate opening: natural gas fitter (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Lincoln County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
