Day to day you will bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; estimate repair costs and order the right parts; replace brake pads, discs and callipers; replace alternators, starter motors and batteries. Requirements: • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
