Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lanier County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
