Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Union County, Arkansas. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
