Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Spencer County, Indiana. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run What we are looking for: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Part-time with flexible hours.
