Aluminium technician — Awka South

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Awka South, Anambra State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections Your main tasks: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
