Reinforcement steel fixer wanted in Takai

Now hiring: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Takai, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Your main tasks: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
