You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
