Truck driver — Grundy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a truck driver in Grundy County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card Your main tasks: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
