Gas installation technician • Jefferson County, Indiana

Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Jefferson County, Indiana. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. On a typical shift you will fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
