Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Van Buren County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
