Immediate opening: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Culberson County, Texas. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Day to day you will break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
