Day to day you will report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest.
