Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Scott County, Missouri. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; load and index turning tools in the turret; write and edit G-code programs at the control; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
