The role involves: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs What we are looking for: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
