Vertical milling machine operator • Ouachita County, Arkansas

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Ouachita County, Arkansas. Day to day you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
