Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Buffalo County, South Dakota. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
