Urgent requirement: marble fitter (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fitter in Amherst County, Virginia. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. On a typical shift you will lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys. Ideal candidate: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Full-time with occasional weekends. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
