Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Clark County, South Dakota. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. Day-to-day duties: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
