Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in Fannin County, Georgia. You will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
