Stamping press operator wanted in Rio Arriba County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. You will work at an auto components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
