Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 6+ years on the tools preferred.
