Meat trimmer wanted in Mille Lacs County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Mille Lacs County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
