Tig welder wanted in Maru

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Maru, Zamfara State. The job is at a busy sheet-metal workshop. Day to day you will prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. You should have: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
