Urgent requirement: scullery hand (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Pawnee County, Nebraska. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
