Vacancy available: we are hiring a CO2 welder in San Patricio County, Texas. You will be based in a heavy engineering unit. You will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
