Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Pickett County, Tennessee. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
