Commis chef — San Juan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in San Juan County, Utah. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
