UPVC window fabricator — Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Madison County, Tennessee. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres On the job you will handle: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
