Structural MIG welder • Awka North, Anambra State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Awka North, Anambra State. The job is at an automobile body shop. The role involves: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Six days a week, one day off.
