Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Opobo/Nkoro

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
