Lift installation engineer — Jennings County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Jennings County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Day to day you will run load and overload tests with test weights; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
