Banquet server wanted in Vernon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banquet server in Vernon County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
