Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Swisher County, Texas. The role involves: • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
