Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance The role involves: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar Six days a week, one day off.
