Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Attala County, Mississippi. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
