The role involves: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
