Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Seminole County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request.
